1. Who We Are

Beast Trades LLC is a New York limited liability company that provides educational content and mentorship related to trading. We are not licensed financial advisors, brokers, or investment professionals. Nothing we offer constitutes financial advice.

2. Educational Purpose Only

All content, mentorship, live calls, materials, and resources provided by Beast Trades LLC are for educational and informational purposes only. They are not investment advice and should not be treated as such. Trading involves substantial risk of loss. You are solely responsible for your own trading decisions.

3. No Earnings Guarantee

Beast Trades LLC makes no guarantee of any specific financial outcome, profit, or result from participation in our program. Any results shared by students or instructors on this website or social media are individual results that are not typical. Your results will depend on your own effort, capital, risk tolerance, market conditions, and other factors entirely outside our control.

4. Program Access & Enrollment

Upon enrollment and receipt of payment, you will be granted access to the Beast Trades LLC mentorship program as described at the time of purchase. We reserve the right to:

• Modify, update, or improve program content at any time without prior notice
• Change program pricing for future enrollments
• Terminate or suspend your access for violation of these Terms

5. Refund Policy

All sales are final. Due to the digital and immediately accessible nature of our program content, Beast Trades LLC does not offer refunds once access has been granted.

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree that:

• You have read and understood this no-refund policy prior to purchase
• You are purchasing access to educational content that is delivered digitally and immediately
• No refund will be issued regardless of whether you complete the program or achieve any particular result

If you believe you were charged in error, contact us at beasttradesllc@gmail.com within 7 days of the charge.

6. Chargeback Policy

By purchasing, you agree to resolve any billing disputes directly with Beast Trades LLC before initiating a chargeback with your bank or credit card issuer. Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us constitutes a breach of these Terms. We reserve the right to provide all records of your purchase and agreement to these Terms to your financial institution in the event of a dispute.

7. Intellectual Property

All content provided through Beast Trades LLC — including but not limited to videos, strategies, course materials, graphics, and written content — is the exclusive property of Beast Trades LLC and is protected by copyright law. You may not:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or share any program content without written permission
• Record live trading calls or sessions
• Resell or sublicense any materials

Violation of this section may result in immediate termination of your access and legal action.

8. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Share your account access with anyone else
• Use our content to create competing products or services
• Harass, threaten, or defame Beast Trades LLC or its instructors
• Misrepresent your affiliation with Beast Trades LLC

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Beast Trades LLC and its owners, members, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our program, website, or content — including any trading losses you incur. Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with the program is to discontinue use.

10. Dispute Resolution & Arbitration

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of Beast Trades LLC services shall be resolved through binding individual arbitration, not in court. You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration against Beast Trades LLC. Arbitration shall be conducted under the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA) and governed by the laws of the State of New York.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions.

12. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our website or program after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

14. Confidentiality of Program Materials

All content, strategies, methods, frameworks, live call recordings, chat messages, and any other materials shared within the Beast Trades LLC program are strictly confidential. By enrolling in the program, you agree that you will not:

• Share, distribute, screenshot, record, or reproduce any program content with any person outside the program
• Post or disclose any program materials on social media, YouTube, Discord, or any other public or private platform
• Share trading strategies, methods, or techniques taught within the program with non-members
• Allow any third party to access your account or program materials

Any violation of this confidentiality agreement is a material breach of these Terms. Beast Trades LLC reserves the right to:

• Immediately terminate your access to the program without refund
• Pursue legal action for damages caused by the unauthorized disclosure, including but not limited to claims for breach of contract and misappropriation of trade secrets under applicable law

By enrolling, you acknowledge that the program content represents proprietary intellectual property of Beast Trades LLC and has significant commercial value. Unauthorized sharing causes direct harm to Beast Trades LLC and its members.
